Randy has been with the company since 1978. In addition to his administrative duties, he coordinates the management of field crews and monitors completion schedules, making sure customer needs are being met.

Mike started with CH Murphy | Clark-Ullman, Inc. in 1979 as a boilermaker mechanic and certified welder, before becoming a general foreman on various projects beginning in 1980. He and his colleagues established the Tacoma division in 1986 with Mike providing project management on all construction and repair projects.

With over twelve years of accounting experience and an MBA with a major in accounting, Heather provides guidance for our administrative support teams who process all data in a job-cost environment. Heather also has an information systems background and degree, allowing her to create custom solutions to streamline tasks, reporting, and audit functions for the accounting department and meet the changing needs of customers, auditors, and government entities.
